All prices are in US Dollars. Conference registration fee covers admittance to all general, elective sessions at the conference hotel.
It also covers meals, coffee breaks and networking activities mentioned in the event agenda.

Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and additional meals are not included and will be paid by each attendee at the time the expense is incurred.

The trainings on Nov 30 require an extra charge of $125

Registration opens :

– on Tuesday from 11am to 6pm
– on Wednesday at 7am.

Keynote starts
on Wednesday at 8am.

Attendees should plan to arrive on either Tuesday, Nov 27, during the day or on Wednesday, Nov 28, early in the morning.

All sessions will be presented in English and business casual attire is appropriate for all conference sessions, including evening activities.

Substitutions and cancellations

Substitutions and cancellations should be made using the registration application.

In order to change your registration record, you will be able to log back in to the registration application.
Substitutions can be made at any time.

Late cancellations (fourteen calendar days before the event) or no-shows will be charged the full tuition fee. Online registration ends at 5:00 p.m. one day prior to event start date.

Hotel cancellations and substitutions must be made directly to the hotel or via the travel agency.
